How can I lose weight over summer?

I am 5'6,150 lbs,female and 14 years old and want to lose weight over the 3 months of summer. I want to be around 115-125 lbs by the end of summer. I have a membership to the gym but dont always go. I need to know what machines to go on and how long to go on them and the best time of day to do so. I also have a pool and like to swim. I can go long periods of time without eating so eating minimal is what i do best. I just need a plan for food and when to exercise. I want to see results. I have 3 months and im determined to push myself to get my dream body. Whats the best way to get these results?

    Well #1 thing is that you have to be determined. Its all about how bad you want it. You dont have to go and kill yo urself to death . Take one step at a time. Increase your workout as you get stronger and have more energy. In order not to have a boring workout you have to rotate stuff. For example,,,,one day jog around the neighborhood....next day .....do lots of swimming.....third day ride you bike. In the gym there are lots of equip. for you to work on such as dreadmill and other stuff. I wouldn't really work on the weight lifting beause since you are only 14 your body is still develping and growing so stay away from that. Do not go long periods of time without eating. eat 5,6 small portions per day so you rmetabolism is always working.

    P. S. remember......eat till you are not longer hungy and not till your full.

    Sometimes Eatting Little, Believe It Or Not Cause You To Gain Weight. Eat Good Foods Such As Plenty Of Grains And Fiber. Well Last Summer I Was Determined To And Kinda Got The Body I Wanted But Now I Want To Be Even More Fit. Last Year I Ran About 1 Mile And A

    Half Every Morning 100 Sits-Ups And Day And Bike Riding With Friends From 5:00-9:00 I Just Tried To Have Fun And It Came Off Semi-Easy.

    I wouldn't recommend jogging, UNLESS you LIKE moving your legs at the same pace for 60 minutes straight. Try jumping rope in your garage and listening to music. It burns 23 calories per minute, burns 3 times more than biking at 10 mph and jogging, works ALL of your body parts, and has LESS impact on your knees than jogging/running. You could also go to Best Buy and buy some workout dvds. Try kickboxing. It works all of your body parts, and sometimes they're actually fun.

    The best workout machine to get on is a treadmill and the best time to stay on them is for 30 minutes a day i use them all the time and they work for me the best time of the day to do it is when you have enough energy i do mine's on thursdays and the weekends and for a best food plan eat veggies and fruit and less meat like on mondays for dinner try home made chicken soup made with boneless chicken

    Good for you!

    I think you basically just described my life.

    Go on the Master Cleanse. (google it). Then buy the book! Keep working out after that. You'll lose 20 pounds in 10 days then you'll keep losing after you push your self and wont wanna eat alot anymore.

    If you don't wanna do that then eat just fruits and veggies only. Drink nothing but water. Go to that gym every morning.

    To get trim and stay that way will require you to change on the inside. You have to want to change so badly that you will not over eat or cheat with all those nasty foods that you know you shouldn't eat. Don't starve yourself, just eat plenty of veggies, drink water to flush out sodium, and exercise about thirty minutes aday if possible. Burn more calories then you take in and you will lose weight. One thing though your heart rate has to be up to burn calories, those workouts have got to get your heart pumping, swimming is great. Just burn more than you take in, keep up with it if you have to, also I know people who pray about it to, that helps, it gives you strength, and God always listens to our prayers, He does care about us and He wants us to be healthy.
