To get trim and stay that way will require you to change on the inside. You have to want to change so badly that you will not over eat or cheat with all those nasty foods that you know you shouldn't eat. Don't starve yourself, just eat plenty of veggies, drink water to flush out sodium, and exercise about thirty minutes aday if possible. Burn more calories then you take in and you will lose weight. One thing though your heart rate has to be up to burn calories, those workouts have got to get your heart pumping, swimming is great. Just burn more than you take in, keep up with it if you have to, also I know people who pray about it to, that helps, it gives you strength, and God always listens to our prayers, He does care about us and He wants us to be healthy.
