Where would i find the bank id # for bank of america?

If you mean routing number/ABA number, it's a 9 digit number at the bottom of your checks. If you don't have checks, then you need to call the bank because BofA has at least one different number per state (some states have more than one).
If you mean their charter number (which is pretty useless for the average folk), do a search for Bank of America, NA at www.fdic.gov. It'll be listed.

The bank ID is the first set of MICRA numbers on the bottom of your checks.
