How much is my Gratuity?

Question

If my salary is 15000, and one year contract, my gratuity is 15%, how much can i get when the contract ends (work one year)????

Gratuity=$15000 x 12mths x 15% = $27000

But, if you are a MPF member in this company, your gratuity payment will be deducted the employer mandatory contribution for this period.

i.e. If the employer mandatory contribution = $9000, then

Net Gratuity = $27000 - $9000 = $18000

Your salary is 15,000 a month with one year contract, and the gratuity is 15% that means you can get 27,000 gratuity after one year contract.
