What is the Hawaiian word for "Forever" and "Forever & Always?

"Kau ā kau" literally means "season after season" but it is used figuratively with the meaning that you want, "always and forever."
You can also say:
Mau = always
Mau loa = forever
Mai kēia manawa ā mau loa aku = from now on into eternity

forever - Mau loa, kau a kau
always - Mau, na manawa apau
to put them together is another thing but I hope this helps.
