I am a english learner ,so I wish I can leran english from TV or Movie with english subtitle ,most important are "free" and "subtitle"

You can watch movies online, such as on this website:

http://www.watch-movies.net/

Maybe they'll have subtitles.

If not, you can turn on the TV (if you live in America) and the closed captioning, and watch it that way.
