I am not sure I understand your question. I think you're asking which hemisphere of the brain Deaf people process language in.
Whether a person is Deaf or not, language is primarily processed in the left hemisphere of the brain. American Sign Language (ASL) is a natural language, and just as their hearing counterparts process language, Deaf people process language in the left hemisphere of the brain.
