It depends. When was your first DWI? If it was before the legislation changed in the 90's, the first one may not affect the penalty for the second one. You can go to the WI Circuit Court Access site at http://wcca.wicourts.gov/simpleCaseSearch.xsl;jses... and put in your name. If the charges say second offense or (2nd), then it will affect the probable fine and jail time you get if convicted.

If you are dumb enough to drink and drive the second time and are lucky enough not to kill somebody you should be buried under the jail for the rest of you insignificant life!!!!
