If you are talking about the special things about HK, it will be the fast adaptatable to new changes and the lack of political interests among people. People are more concerned about their own interests, rather than the country. Moreover, HK is a place where the governemtn has minimal intervention about work. Unlike Australia, it's very difficult to get someone fired as he/she is well proctected by law of the country.
