What is a 'husband's knot'?
I hear that you can ask for an extra stitch when sewn up after an episiotomy, and it's called a 'husband's knot'... is this true?
Supposedly it makes you tighter than before you gave birth...?

yeah! my best friend got a stitch and she didn't even tear! she said her husband liked it. but you will most likely go back to almost where you were before, but the stitch just helps out a bit! you will have to find a doctor that is willing to do it. most don't mind, just make sure in advance and let your doc know what you are wanting to do. good luck!
