No, but some cultures are more successful than others. Sometimes those are specific to particular races, but that's just coincidental most of the time.

I don't believe there are actually different human races on this planet. Skin colour is no distinctive feature.
If I'm correct, the Neanderthal people were a different "race" as such, but since we eradicated them all, we are the only ones left. Unless those legends about that Yeti person are true, but I don't believe in that.
As for Bush, he's a sad excuse for the human race and an example of how low humans can sink.

No, but it is foolish to say everyone is the same. It's proven Africans (blacks) have more muscles than whites, asians, etc. Wherever our differences are, it makes each race stronger in their own way, and each weaker.
