Congratulations on your pregnancy! Usually morning sickness starts about the second week or so. Sometimes later, depending on the person. Some women never get any morning sickness at all. I had it the worse with my 3rd child and my youngest (twins), as it lasted the whole time I was pregnant and yes I was very miserable. I felt like I had a slight case of the flu or car sickeness the whole time. When I was pregnant with my first son, I had very little morning sickness and it went away quick. So, it all depends on your system. I have heard it said that a healthy pregnancy is one when a woman gets morning sickness, but my daughter had none at all and had a very healthy baby. Be happy if you can go through a pregnancy with no sickness, because feeling that sickness is not fun. You not only feel it, but you actually throw up at times and sometimes a couple times following. Then your stomach feels raw and you have no appetite. I was told to eat crackers but it was so hard to do feeling like I did. Then comes the feeling dizzy and faint. Then it takes you forever to get out of bed and get ready for the day. Also that morning sickness can be terrible if you are out and about and you smell something that triggers the sick feeling again. You will notice that certain foods that use to look and smell good no longer look or smell that way. I had this problem with deep fried foods. Everytime I passed a place that had a deep fryer and could smell it, I was sick again. Anything else you want to know, just ask.
