people in a democracy don't always get what they deserve because sometimes corrupt judges and electoral colleges disenfranchises the peoples vote

Yes because in Democracy everyone votes on the issues.

Which is why so few have existed.

In Republic people get the government they elect. If they are shorted sighted and looking for hand outs and want government to take care of them that is what they will get. People can effect change if they want to. Many people complain and talk about problems with government how many really vote, or join PAC to find out what bills are up for votes. How many people hear that a law will do this or that and do not take time to read it.

We live in an information age people have more access to bills and research yet they want others to do the work. It not easy we are busy with our lives. However we must be watchful.

Both True and false. If you voted for the winning side and are disappointed .. you deserve what you got. If you voted against it and made a point to warn others in advance you have every right to complain and yell I TOLD YOU SO! I am also considering that in a true democracy the government workers are the civil servants and voices of the majority ( unfortunately as proved all to often the government employees do not serve the people they serve themselves and the special interests that pay for their campaigns ) The answer depends on how you voted. You can not hold a minority responsible for the errors and at times blind stupidity of the majority.

There have never been any large scale democracies in the history of the world, so we really don't know.

No they do not get the government they deserve, they get the government they voted for.

If you are a registered voter, you get to have a voice, if you do not vote, you do not have a voice.

Register and Vote! Good Luck, Jackie b

Often the person seeking office is supported by Ad agencies that package a lie and after they take office the policies and the office holder is the opposite of the person they had voted.

No because the USEFUL IMBECILES destroy true freedom because they are manipulated by the communist and socialist to be class envy and hate others instead of working and striving to be like them or better. Its a disgrace that GOD has allowed so many stupid people to be born it is the end of time and destruction as predicted.

Yes. It's one vote at a time. If they don't use their one vote, their voice, they get what they deserved.

So long as the rules are followed, yes.
