How to display russian links?

I cannot view the internet sites that have Cyrillic signs in their address. When I click at the link, Firefox or Internet Explorer doesn't recognize it - it says: cannot display the webpage (or something like that ...). I have no problems with displaying websites with text in Russian (Cyrillic) language (the problem are pages with Cyrillic address!). How to solve this?

I am afraid you are confused - Internet standards are still the same (eventhough some work is going on):

in the Web address (called URL) such as say

    www.aaa.com/mine.htm

one can have _only_ English letters - no Russian, no French, no Spanish,...

Where (can you give us Web address?) do you have the opportunity

    "...to click at the link"?

Punctuality is an overly well trait and one I preserve in top esteem--if I cannot be to an appt on time I will name and I anticipate the equal from others---in any other case I depart. And being Catholic I adored that Joke. Great!!!!
