Chuck Liddell, not even debatable. Chuck has wins over Couture (twice), Ortiz (twice), Babalu (twice), and Wanderlei Silva (to name a few). Kimbo beat 3 people who aren't even close to being that good, and none had a good ground game. Liddell is one of the most devastating strikers in MMA history, and has excellent wrestling, so he could take Kimbo down with ease. Kimbo has a punchers chance, but there's no reason Chuck should lose.

Chuck would win 9 1/2 out of ten, Kimbo is a street fighter and doesn't translate well in MMA.
