    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Thus,

    MY EXPLANATION ( PERSONAL OPINION)

    ------------------------------------------------------------------

So, naturally the amount of Vitamin is increased than found in a single citric fruit, for example in LEMON or ORANGE individually.

You also need to see the additive (vit C) ingredient of this drink.

For example it is added with natural ascorbic acid (vit C). So, the dose of VITAMIN C is really maximised.

Important here to note that ,it has been not done artificially but naturally. ( also by mixing more than a few citric fruit makes it more valuable in Vitamin C)

Beside these mentioned above, the other contents are as follows

    1. Beta-Carotene, ( naturally from carrot)

    2. Thiamin Hydrochloride ...

    3. fructode and glucose syrop

    One hypothesis is:

Different varieties of oranges contain different amount of vitamin C.

You did not really that Sunny D has the most vitamin C. Why make up one hypothesis after you know the fact?

I don't agree with your method of research here (it's a bit of a cheat) but i'd say the answer is that during manufacture those great people at the Sunny D factory added a load of Vitamin C artificially.
