Co-Managers will most likely be a salaried position. They will make a bit more than a Grocery Department Manager, but not significantly so, at least to start, perhaps $100.00 per week or so. If you can find out what a Grocery Manager makes (particularly if this is a Union Shop, that will be pretty easy to do). Then you can work upwards from there. Store Managers are the ones who really make the $'s, through salary & bonus. The hours are long in both instances, but depending on the store you can do pretty well.
