It was Smokey Mountain Wrestling if I'm not mistaken. Then Al Snow & D' Lo Brown are the ones that saw Kane there and recommended him to Vince.

i aint sure. but back in the day there was only one company and that was wwf. now u have ecw,wwe and then u have your raw,well can't think of them now sorry. but wwf was the first. with the 4 horse men,hogan,jake the snake, junk yard dog and so on
