越來越多別種族的人來到美國工作, 也造成管理上的困難, 因為有種族文化, 性別的差異; 管理不佳也造成生產力的減低. 很多公司忽略這些種族文化不同性遇到了官司, 人才流失, 多花的僱人及訓練費用, 對外相對的形象也很負面.
所以應該依種族文化性別的不同來給予不同的管理訓練. 才能留住人才及增加生產力. (就像孔子說的 "因材施教")
