Can we declare Bin Laden is Not Guilty?

Further to this open question, can we declare Bin Laden is Not Guilty based on lack of evidence against him and the existence of strong suspicion to the contrary?
Update: I believe in due process of law and procedural fairness. I also believe each and everyone is innocent until and unless proven guilty or otherwise. It appears, some people are willing to deliver their verdicts based on prejudice and bigotry. To the best of mu knowledge such verdicts would be null and void in a court of law.
