There a Hart Walker for children with thing like Cerebral palsy it allows them to walk hand free.

Not all children with phyiscal disabilities can use them as they have to be able to walk with support.

    It's a walking frame.

The one's that children use are generally rear facing so as to promote proper posture. If you use it forward facing you tend to stoop. This is why older people use it this way as they already stoop due to their age.

It may also be a gait trainer. Although these tend to give more support.

Here's a sample of the type of walking aids a child may use.
