Blind copy. You send a copy, but the original recipient doesn't know you've done it, unlike CC (normal copy) which is visible to the recipient.

Wikipedia: In the context of e-mail, blind carbon copy, abbreviated BCC, and sometimes referred to as Blind Courtesy Copy refers to the practice of sending a message to multiple recipients in such a way that what they receive does not contain the complete list of recipients.

In other words, if you put someone's address in the BCC, the people in the "To" or "CC" fields will not know you sent it to the BCC person. Be careful when using this, because if the person you BCC'd to hits "Reply to All," everyone will know your "secret!"
