Question about the FFC frequency strip band...?

I just need some clarifications on the FFC frequency strip band that is assigned to communications by satellite.

I just want to know if I'm right...

My understand of the strip band is that there is given numbers of frequency's that are inbetween a horizontal and vertical line, this would explain why there is a limit to this strip band... am I correct?

To be more specific... I'm talking about waves in between a horizontal and vertical line that form frequency's.

Nobody knows what you're talking about. Too much technobabble. Try to describe things more generically in terms of basic principles. This is a physics forum; not an FCC tech support site.
