German translation?

How would you say the following in German? :

Hey man, did you get the message I sent you? Are you free anytime this week?

    In German:

    ' Hallo hast Du die Nachricht erhalten/bekommen, die ich Dir geschickt habe? Hast Du diese Woche irgendwann Zeit?'

    This is the informal form, if you need the formal one it would be:

    'Hallo haben Sie die Nachricht erhalten, die ich Ihnen geschickt habe? Haben Sie diese Woche irgendwann Zeit?'

    @ Gina good try, but a few mistakes too, 'jederzeit' is not possible in this case ,wrong meaning of the word; 'Hei' is wrong spelled if you want to use it either English spelling 'Hi' or 'Hey'..

    first sentence of your translation makes no sense as there is a word missing.

    @Pelle your version is way too slang would be used by some teens only.

    Edit: No only by ordinary people who did not grow up in the ghetto :-)
