Non-acnegenic means,it won't cause pimples or acne. Non-comedogenic means it won't clog skin pores. However, if you have acne prone skin, it's best if you buy a facial cosmetic that directly says: "OIL-FREE". An oil-free make up won't cause pimples and clogged pores!

I really like the Bare Minerals, Everyday Minerals and Estee Lauder's Equalizer Makeup. I have used all of them and can reccommend them. The Equalizer controls oil where you need it & not where you don't, and all 3 are oil-free and have a non-chemical sunscreen. Always look for Titanium or zinc as the active ingredient in a sunscreen- more often as not it's a chemical sunscreen that makes a foundation irritate skin. Minerals are inert and so don't make your skin react.

Anti-Acnegenic means its oil free so it wont cause breakouts. Non-comedogenic means it won't clog pores, but may still have oil in it, and helps with preventing black heads and white heads. If you are prone to breakouts, you should probably use the Anti-Acenegenic.
