Breasts are composed primarily of fatty tissue. If you had them before, you'll have them again after weight gain.

When it comes to eating disorders, i've seen that the breasts stay the same, no matter what. Though when one gains weight, it becomes distributed throughout all of the body, including the breasts. So I say that any loss is not permanent.
