    Hi,

    1. What are the differences between "make" and "do"

Answer: do--- To practice (去實行一件事) , do 為一般動詞,又可作助動詞或者加強語氣

example: I did my homework.

Do you live in Taipei? [

I do love you.= I do you.

    2. What are the differences between "will" and "be going to"?

    Answer: 其實現在大多數人不會去計較will及be going to的差別

    be + going to+ VR

    will + VR

be going to => Decisions that are planned.

    will => Sudden decisions [突發的想法,未經過事先安排及計劃]

Example: I am going to attend college in the fall.

I will help my mom tidy the room.

I am going to go shopping with Marry. (假設一個月前就與Marry約好,用be going to)

I will go shopping with Marry.

be going to ( not will) => The action is happening now or very soon.

will or be going to => A more distant time in the future.

be going to => 1. A decision made in the past.

    2. An action happening soon.

    3. An action happening in the more distant future.

    will => 1. A sudden decision.

    2. An action happening in the more distant future.

    其中be going to及will的相同處為黃綠色部分

    1.

    make傾向於將物料"製作"某物。(從無到有)

    EX make lemonade 泡檸檬水(將檸檬再製成檸檬水)

    make a cake 做蛋糕

    do 則強調在能力上的執行、實踐。

    EX do homework 作功課(完成)

    2.兩者是ㄧ模ㄧ樣的意思(將會),使用上的話,是可以通用。而be going to 又有可能會,打算的意思。

    使用是語感的問題。

    EX.

    就要下雨了

    It is going to rain.(O)

    It will rain.

    明天(將)會下雨

    It will rain tomorrow.(O)

It is going to rain tomorrow.
