How do I download the brochure template for Open Office?

I tried to download the template for a Tri-Fold brochure for Open Office at the following link, http://documentation.openoffice.org/Samples_Templa...

but when I do it just opens a blank white screen and nothing begins downloading, am I doing something wrong?? Please help, is there any other place to download it?

When you download the .stw file, save it to your desktop (or location of your choice) rather than trying to open it directly.

Then start OpenOffice Writer, and simply open the file.

Works fine for me in OOo 2.4.0
