材料

雞蛋4顆

作法

1.將蛋黃與蛋白分開裝,並在蛋黃內加入1小匙的沙拉油

2.用打蛋器將蛋白打至發泡變硬

3.把糖、蛋黃、香草粉、低筋麵粉加入蛋白泡沫中充分攪拌均勻,直到變成黃色的麵糊為止

4.再平底鍋內塗上一層奶油,並將麵糊倒入,蓋上鍋蓋以小火悶烤十分鐘,然後關火、繼續悶十分鐘

5.把烤好的蛋糕到扣置盤子上,表面塗一層巧克力醬,並灑上彩色巧克力顆粒

    Chocolate Cake

    Ingredients

    4 whole eggs

    150g of low-gluten flour

    1 teaspoon of vanilla powder

    200g of Chocolate sauce

    1 tablespoon of Rainbow chocolate sprinkles

    1 teaspoon of cooking oil

    1 tablespoon of sugar

    1 tablespoon of butter

    1. Separate the egg white and egg yolks in different containers; add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil in the egg yolks

    2. Use the egg beater to stir the egg white until foaming

    3. Mix sugar, egg yolks, vanilla powder and flour, then add foaming egg while to stir well until the color of the mixture turns yellow

    4. Spread the butter over the pan, pour in the mixture; cover the lid and use warm temperature to bake for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for another 10 minutes

    5. Flip the cake onto a plate, spread the chocolate sauce on the surface and top with rainbow chocolate sprinkles
