Absolutely. For the Republicans, 2000 is a prime example (i.e. the disqualification of many eligible voters in Florida by the Secretary of State's office, and decision by the Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore along partisan lines). For the Democrats, the 1960 election (Kennedy v. Nixon), where Democratic operatives in several states were accused of rigging results.

the election of 1876 is a perfect example. Hayes, a republican, held the ballot boxes and tilden, a democrat and his suporters intimidated newly enfranchised blacks. Both party committed many acts of fraud. The election was disputed and resulted in the compromise of 1877.
