i am not asking what the ingredients are or the nutrients, but I am just wondering if it is something like C6H12O6 [glucose]

    KBrO3 is most definitely NOT flour, first off. It happens to be potassium bromate.

    Flour is a rather complex starch made up of many simpler sugars. Although these tend to be glucose (C6H12O6) like you were thinking, there are many, many variation possible.

    flour is ground wheat... which is a plant. unlike glucose, it is not a simple molecule that can be defined by a single formula.
