Perhaps bret hart will win when he's in his prime but Cena will defeat him currently.

However i just wanna say that there are not simple thing like who win who. both can defeat each other. given the chances they will defeat each other. It all depends on the situation and momentum with the crowd support aka scripts.

In wwe, almost all same tiers (main eventer) have defeated each other. no one has perfect record. except maybe goldberg.
