英文句型 s+v+o+prep+n

1)I informed him of the problem.

"of +N" 是屬於 受詞埔語嗎?

可以直接用

I have informed him. 我已經通知他了

這句 合乎文法嗎?

2)I take it into account.

"into account" 是屬於補語 還是 當副詞用修飾整句?

有請高手解答了!

謝謝

Update:

謝謝 咖哩, Elisa

那可以這樣用嗎 →I informed him to come here quickly. 我通知他快點過來

這樣用可以嗎? (to come here quickly)當 adv修飾inform

因為我查字典, 有些字的用法似乎就是如字典解釋那樣使用

比方說 inform...of... 等等,inform 在字典裡,就沒有提道搭配 (to v) 不定詞的使用

所以,如果在不破壞英文基本五大句型結構下,是否可以自己做變化搭配使用這些單字?? 還是字典說的用法為主???

Update 2:

那是否I inform him of coming here quickly = I informed him to come here quickly

因為目前比較困惑的事 to V 在句型裡扮演的角色

比方 The party turned out to be intresting.

這句 to be....是主詞補語嗎?

1)I informed him of the problem.

    "of +N" 是屬於 受詞埔語嗎?

No, because "the problem" is not used to describe him.

    受詞補語

The nobles made the prince king.

Here, “King” is used to describe “Prince”

    可以直接用

    I have informed him. 我已經通知他了

    這句 合乎文法嗎?

Yes. However, it is best to provide some contents, so people know what you have informed him of.

    For example:

There is a leak in the bathroom. I have informed him.

=> I have informed him of a leak in the bathroom.

    2)I take it into account.

    "into account" 是屬於補語 還是 當副詞用修飾整句?

    No.

“Take into account” is an idiom (慣用句; 成語), which means “consider” 考慮

The price is not high when taking into account the high overhead.

The price is not high when taking the high overhead into account.

The price is not high when considering the high overhead.

Thanks #2 咖哩 for agreeing with what I have already stated.

    2008-04-19 16:45:09 補充:

I informed him of the problem = I told him the problem.

    inform .. of (something)

For the sentence you added, I informed him to come here quickly means:

I informed him that he should come here quickly.

If you want to use (to v) 不定詞, you should apply the same grammar structure.

    For example:

    2008-04-19 16:45:35 補充:

I told him to do it. => I told him that he should do it.

I advice him to go home first. => I advice him that he should go home first. (I advice him of the problem)

I agree to see him => I agree that I will see him. (I agree with him)

    Did you see the pattern?

I inform him of coming here quickly is not the right English usage.

I inform him of something. I inform him of Mary's wrong doing. I inform him of the turmoil happening in Tibet.

The party turned out to be intresting.

    這句 to be....是主詞補語嗎? => NO.

    - to be continued -

    2008-04-21 00:52:59 補充:

Turn out to be = become ultimately

This sentence means: We found out that the party was actually interesting, which wasn't what we had expected.

    2008-04-21 00:57:54 補充:

The party turned out to be interesting = The party become interesting ultimately.

He turns out to be a good boy = He becomes a good boy eventually.

    2008-04-21 22:42:36 補充:

    Sorry I had a typo.

The party turned out to be interesting = The party became interesting ultimately.

(it should be "became", not "become" because it is a past tense)

    (1)

    所謂的受詞補語

    是用來補充說明受詞的性質或狀態

    以例句來說

=>I informed him of the problem.

    這裡的"of the problem"是用來修飾informed

    用來補充說明通知的內容是什麼

    不是用來修飾"him"

    所以並不是受詞補語

    只是一個介係詞片語作為副詞來修飾動詞"informed"

    =======================================================

    I have informed him. 我已經通知他了

    =>這是合乎文法的句子

    =======================================================

    (2)

    I take it into account.

    這與第一句的句型一樣

    take sth into account是一個片語

    表示"考慮sth"

    "into account"是用來修飾動詞"take"

    不是用來修飾"it"

    所以也不是受詞補語

    =======================================================

    希望對您有幫助

    2008-04-19 14:13:55 補充:

I informed him to come here quickly.

    這樣的句型是可以的

    是名詞子句減化後的結果

    原句為:

I informed him that he must come here quickly.

    把重複的"he"省略

    把must come改寫為"to come"

    如此一來

    就不再需要連接詞"that"

    因此最後改寫成:

I informed him to come here quickly.

    2008-04-19 14:14:28 補充:

    基本上英文五大主要句型

    並不是可以隨意套用的

    有些動詞就不適合接"to V"

    這主要是"句意"造成的

    比如說"enjoy"後面就不會加"to V"

    因為enjoy是用來表示"享受sth"

    所以後面必須接上名詞類型的字句

    才符合語意

    2008-04-20 21:30:44 補充:

    這兩句不相等

    因為不定詞是由助動詞減化而來

    因為原句有"must"這個助動詞

    所以才會減化為"to come"

    而為什麼原句會有"must"這個助動詞

    則是由句意來判斷

    =====================================================================

    to be interesting同樣也是減化後的結果

    interesting則是主詞補語

    用來修飾省略掉的主詞"the party"
