時常很多公司聘請administration clerk, 請問呢個職位主要的main duties 是什麼?

    Administration 解行政, Administration cleak大致上可稱為行政文員,基本上好視乎你apply 呢間公司既性質係乜類型已定呢個post係做咩囉!!

    基本上主要做既duties都不外乎係 Filing, Data entry, Typing, 有D可能包括埋接吓電話, 出吓街送吓文件或者去銀行入吓數咁囉!

    好簡單,例如你apply呢間公司本身係做shipping既,咁你做呢個位就可能要幫手打單, data entry, check吓船期咁囉!!

    有D大公司,佢地既職位真係 分得好仔細,咁咪可以admin. clerk就淨係幫手handle返 department入面administration既工作,例如訂吓文具, call人維修野,落order叫courier收件送件, filing, data entry, 影吓印文件, 咁囉..
