I sucked my fingers as an older child and was the oldest of 6 children, never got any attention or affection and it soothed me. I can say that I still remember how calm I used to be and it sure beats taking something to calm down like most adults. I knew other women who did this as adults as well. Kind of strange, but I know they must still be in need of some kind of comfort in this crazy world.

i for my area think of you would be greater advantageous off leaving her till finally she grows out of it, the greater fuss you're making the longer she'll do it, I sucked my thumb till finally i grew to become into sixteen years previous, (i'm now 29) this is in elementary terms a convenience factor, some human beings bite their nails, some twist their hair, some young ones %. their nostril whilst others suck their thumb, She isn't doing any injury so flow away her be. And no it wont make her teeth be bucked or stick out. Mine under no circumstances did.
