如何保持健康的身體呢?事實上對每個人來說都很簡單!首先擁有良好了飲食習慣如同多吃水果、蔬菜、和水,少吃油炸與對身體不好的食物等,第二,每個星期多到郊外走走做做運動,保持良好的運動習慣,第三正常的生活.早睡早起.別為了玩電腦看電視熬夜,那是非常傷身體的,最後,最重要的就是時常保持愉快的心情,只要做到了這些相信一定能讓我們永有健康的身體。

    How should we maintain in a good health? in fact it is very simple. At first we should create a good eating habit such as to eat more fruits, vegetables, to drink more water and to eat less junk food or food that is deep-fried. Secondly, every week we should spend sometime to do some outdoor sports, keeping a good exercise routine. Thirdly, maintain a standard daily living style, sleep early and then get up early. Do not stay up all night just to watch TV or to play computer, because those are harmful to our health. Most importantly, we should always keep ourselves in a good mood. As long as we can achieve all these things that are mentioned above, we will be healthy for a long time.

    How to keep healthy? In fact,it is easy to everyone! First, you have to balance your diet, such as, eating some fruit and vegetables, and drinking more water. Avoid to eat fattiness food fried in oil, and avoid to eat harmful food and so on. Second, going outdoor to walk and do exercise every week can accustomed to you to do exercise.

    Third, to balance your life gets up early and don’t stays up. Don't play the computer and watch television to stays up late. That may harm to the body. Finally, keeping happy is the most important thing. It is believed that doing above-mentioned must be able to let us have the health the body forever.

    OK health of keeping fit? It is very simple to everybody in fact! There is a good eating habit like eating more fruit , vegetables , and water at first, it is fried with wait to the food not good of health to eat few, second, each one go to the countryside to take a walk and take exercises more in week, keep good movement habit , the third normal life. Go to bed early and get up early. Don't watch TV and stay up in order to play with the computer , that injures the body very much, the end, a important one to keep happy mood often , make sure these believe sure to make us have health of health forever most.
