Can vaccum packing of pickles (for commercial sales) stop it from becoming stale?
I'm planning to sell a couple of pickle type food items. Hence I'm looking for ways to preserve them without adding artificial preservatives.

The ones without the preservatives are found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store. Refrigeration only slows and does not stop any degeneration of the product.

Pickling an object means preserving it in vinegar or a similiar type of acidic liquid. A pickle doesn't go stale, it is a preserved cucumber. If you are going to do this for commercial use I suggest you do a little more homework on the subject before you make someone sick and end up with a law suit.
