Bracelet clasp stuck?

Question

I just bought a CZ bracelet with a box clasp. I could not open it after putting it on, and had to slip the bracelet off my hand. I still can't open it with all my strength! I don't really want to return it. Any hints? Thanks.

try going back to the store and see if they can open it, because u don't want to keep trying and end up breaking it. If they can't open it at the store it must be a faulty bracelet and ask if u can exchange it for another one. Before you leave try it on and see if you can open it easily, if not that bracelet is not for you girl!! buy another cute bracelet!! lol
