但是不知道當初落成的時候

對外新聞稿的英文正式名詞為何

有人可以提供嗎？

國立編譯館(National Institute for Compilation and Translation)隸屬於教育部，主要負責全國各級學校教科書之編輯及審定工作。其內容專業性以及正確性當然不容質疑.

在國立編譯館網站內,有一篇英文專題 Understanding Taiwan Series (認識台灣).在第十章,第一段指出:

"To enhance economic development, the ROC government has carried out land reform and economic development projects, including the Ten Major Construction Projects. In general, the government has promoted a free economy as well as economic globalization.".

所以,我們可以確認,十大建設的官方名稱是 (the)Ten Major Construction Projects.
