ha ha. i have that girl's body, but in a younger version. i'm 14 and she's probably like 16. i'm not the tallest, but i was born with long and skinny everything; legs, arms, wrists, fingers, ect. my arms never get fat.. if i eat a lot, it all goes down to my thighs, which sucks. it stinks being skinny because you don't get big boobs like others. if you want skinny legs you should consider running, walking, or swimming. i'd do swimming because it is good for both the upper body and lower body. some people are born like linebackers and others are born super skinny. so you can't really make your wrists tinier or larger. eating healthy is the key to being skinny.. add more fruits and veggies in your diet and eliminate all the fatty junk. my routine each night is; 30 push-ups, 60 sit-ups, and 3 1 minute squats. i also do yoga every now and then. i highly suggest it because it builds endorphins (which make you happy (: ), makes your body more flexible, and makes your body leaner too. there are some vidoes on youtube that teaches easy yoga. remember to drink at least 6 glasses of water a day for beautiful skin. if you follow my tips, i'm sure you will end up with even a better body than your friend!
