What is this piano song from Bewithced (movie, starring Will Farrel)?

The piano song plays when Isabel and Jack go on their first date. It also plays when they break up after he finds out when she's a witch (after she disappears, the guy says the car isn't there. The piano song then plays). It also plays when she's crying to her father after she said it might be love her father is feeling. What is this piano song? It's really nice. Thank you.
