    沒錯,這句裡的which是關係代名詞,代替先行詞old products.

    用逗點(,)隔開,是因為後面的"關係子句"(也可稱為"形容詞子句"→形容old products)只是在補充說明﹙對先行詞作補充性質的形容,亦即:作「非限定」的形容﹚。

    原句可改寫成:

    Some of these new products put pressure on old products, so/and the old products must change. 有些新產品給舊產品帶來壓力,所以/而 這些舊產品必須改變﹙來加以因應﹚。

    上面「舊產品必須改變」,是對前面「有些新產品給舊產品帶來壓力」談到的「舊產品」加以補充說明﹙作非限定的形容﹚。
