Why do my jaws always ache when I eat something tart like a green apple?

    It might be inflammation or infection of the salivary glands, or some other condition that makes the glands tender. It could also be dental problems, gum disease (gingivitis), etc. If it's severe you can ask a doctor to evaluate it.
