We do not deep-fry anything at all...for health reasons. In fact, we gave our deep fryer away.
If we use oil at all it is Canola, Corn or Olive depending on the dish. We mostly broil, bake, barbecue, etc. We don't like the taste of vegetable oil.
That said, we do occasionally eat deep-fried foods...but very seldom,,,and not at home.
