I forgot my paypal account...help?

I just bought a buy it now item off Ebay, when I went to pay I couldn't figure out what my email/password was. Can I create another account?

You can easily retrieve your e-mail address and password.

#1. To retrieve your e-mail address simply go to. https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_email-recovery and fill out the necessary information and you should get your e-mail that you will use to log into your paypal account.

#2. To get the password for this email, paypal will e-mail it to your e-mail address. Bear in mind that you must be able to read e-mails on the provided e-mail address that is also the address you used to register for paypal. You can simply go to https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_forgot-password&from=PayPal

I just called Paypal at 402-935-7733 this morning. Have your account number if possible.

You should be able to get another account really easy, but maybe set up a different hotmail or email account....and just set one up as a whole new person.....

They should have a link you can click on for forgotten e-mail and/or passwords. Other than that, I'm not sure there's a whole lot you can do. Sorry. :(
