How to be healthy?
To keep healthy is a very important issue in life. But how to be healthy? It is a big question. I think health is not just judged on normal body functions, it can be also be reflected by a sound mind. So, to be healthy, we have to consider both the physical and mind factors. First, I think a person's health is determined by what he or she eats. One has to choose the healthy foods in oder to keep away from diseases. As it is said-- an apple a day kicks the doctors away. We are what we eat. So, eat the right food is very important. Second, we will need to do exercises everyday. Exercises are good to our body and to our minds. When we are doing exercises, we keep in contact with friends and interact with people. This can help us relax and become pleasant in mind. Third, it is also very important to keep growth in mind. Human beings do not live only on foods. There are important issues we will have to face and to cope with in life. Keep a happy mind and try to balance in important aspects, such as love, job, friendship...etc. can contribute to our health too. Finally, I think actions are always more powerful than just words.
