Why have Arab leaders turned a blind eye to the Palestinian holocaust?

The Palestinians had to blow up a wall to get into Egypt for food, water, gas and baby formula after the Israeli government cut off everything to them. Why don't the leaders of the Arab world do something?

Holocaust is a rather strong term, but there is a rather slow systematic policy of ethnic cleansing in areas Israel plans on maintaining as part of the Jewish state.

The Arab leaders use the Palestinians as pawns. As long as they are there in misery they are not only thorns in Israel's side but also a scapegoat to alleviate focus on their own corrupt governments. The Mubaraks, the Sheiks and company rule only by wealth, distributing it to those who will support them and keeping it out of those who would not. If there were no Palestinians anymore the focus would be internal. That is not good for business as usual.

America comes into play by supporting these characters in a mutually beneficial arrangement. These Arab rulers profit of the historical tribal divisions in their "nations" and the common folk suffer for it. Without the Palestinians, Arabs might focus more on why they have some of the lowest literacy rates on the globe. Why women, the heart of cultural education and progress in society, are held back; creating a new generation of un-enlightened young people? It isn't Islam that is to blame...it is greed.

The extremists and profiteers on both sides need the Palestinians. Without them who would be there to use as an excuse for all that goes on?

you're making some unwarranted claims, yet for the sake of argument -- and because it particularly is infrequently an considerable talk board -- i will overlook them and answer "No." there are a number of Israelis who do under no circumstances like the area, and enormous numbers of Jews here interior the States who do no longer like it the two. (My husband and in-regulations are between them.) in spite of the fact that, they do no longer seem to be in potential and would accomplish little or no against the irritating-liners, who do have valid fears of specific Palestinian factions. that's no longer as though the Israelis have by no skill been below attack -- of path they have been -- and that's no longer as though they have by no skill made considerable concessions in terms of offering a answer to the Palestianians. they have, yet their can provide have been refused. So, the area is significantly greater complicated than you seem to understand. existence like Israelis who have not have been given any potential and clout; hardliners who can actual factor to UNreasonable and perilous strikes by skill of the Palestinians. finally, the quantity of funds we interior the U. S. supply to the Israelis now quantities to easily an extremely small share of their economic equipment, so we don't possibly have funds to wave around interior the desire of influencing progression in the direction of a answer. The hobbies people and Israeli Jews certainly diverged years in the past, and a few of my Jewish in-regulations have stated that we tell the Israelis, "no longer yet another cent," yet these days, the hardliner Israelis would desire to truly respond, "advantageous." There are different complicated problems that could require too lots area to debate. the foremost's that the area is purely lots greater problematic than you think of, and that's no longer all with regard to the international's guilt over the Holocaust, I assure you.

It's curious isn't it? Could it be because it is more convenient to keep the problems in Palestine than to give homes to Palestinian refugees?

Holocaust is a bit of an exaggeration, isn't it ?

As for the Arab leaders, they keep a low profile because talk of Palestine encourages an influx of Palestinian refugees which they do not want. More importantly, it encourages radical Islamic groups to gain support & they definitely don't want that !

Also, Israel is the strongest country in the region & it is backed up by the strongest country on the planet so what COULD they do ?

they are doing something. they are letting the us and israel take all the heat for a problem they can fix. but its more convenient to foment unrest against the west while they subject their own people to violence and hate.
