    URL = the address of the page you want to link. For e.g if you want to link to http://sphuyal.blogspot.com you put the address in ''URL here'' section of your question.

    Like for instants I want myspace to be a url, then it would look like this.

    <a href="www.myspace.com"> click here </a>

    Or

    <a href="http://myspace.com"> click here </a>

    Text here means that that will be the clickable text. Hope I helped!!

    It is the location of the page (like that you see in the top of your web browser) to where you want the user to be redirected when they click on this link.
