No, absolutely not, addiction is not something where you don't know whether or not you're addicted once it is cleared from your system, you would be experiencing nicotine withdrawal symptoms by now Something that I don't like about the anti-smoking groups, They scare you from the time your in kindergarten into college, now your experiencing extreme anxiety over this. I think honesty would be much more effective than scaring kids, alot of groups exagerate, so when they get older they think the exaggeration means they were lied to. That Being said, everyone's chemistry is as uniquje as their DNA. It's good to have a healthy fear of dangerous things because cigarettes are dangerous. If you didn't even get a cigarette buzz (new smokers experience this for about 2-3 weeks and if you did not get that you consumed a very small amount, I'm wondering if you even inhaled.) However, if you were to continue to smoke, you will not have to ask if your addicted, the withdrawal symptoms will give you your answer. everyones different but at some point, if you continue to smoke you would become addicted, and you would damage your body. A dancer needs healthy lungs. Bottom Line, your fine now, just stay away from cigarettes, they are dangerous If you have anymore questions, feel free to click on my picture to anonymously email me.
