Maybe it's a Shih Tsu From the Maltese Standard: Coat and Color The coat is single, that is, without undercoat. It hangs long, flat, and silky over the sides of the body almost, if not quite, to the ground. The long head-hair may be tied up in a topknot or it may be left hanging. Any suggestion of kinkiness, curliness, or woolly texture is objectionable. Color, pure white. Light tan or lemon on the ears is permissible, but not desirable.

Man lighten up people. It's a joke question. God forbid a "typical white person" makes a comment.

Malteses' are white in color so yes, they are a white dog. If you're meaning this question to be racist, then quit wasting my time.

No, but his bark would be that of a "typical white dog"!

Not sure but you would be a typical white racist. That I am sure of. PROOF: your recent post, even the colt 45 comment. Please update your avatar!

Disclaimer: not all white people are racist, but this one is for sure. Not all black people who like Obama are racist, this one is not.
