Where can I buy 3/4" MDF board around area code 75154 in Texas? The local Lowes and Home Depos don't sell it.

Like was said, a real lumber yard. Are you SURE HD and Lowes don't sell it? If you asked and was told no they may be mistaken. It might be 23/32 not 3/4 or they just didn't have a clue. I would browse the isle next time you visit and see for yourself if you haven't already.

MDO I would believe, MDF I would be surprised if they didn't sell.

They sell it. They just don't know what you are talking about. Medium Density Fiberboard....so MDF is the correct name but you will have to call it Masonite or something for them to know what you are talking about.

Both Lowes and HomeDepot in East Texas sell it. If your local home center doesn't, the try just about any lumber yard or mill works store.

I agree with Kay, sorry I don't live there. If you are building counter tops particle board works just as well.

Walk into any custom cabinet shop and be nice/beg the owner to sell you a sheet.
